Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your SendFlow Premium subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the Service until your current billing cycle expires.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the "Settings" page in your Dashboard and select the "Cancel Subscription" option under the Billing tab, or contact our support team.

4. Account Deletion

If you cancel your subscription, your account and campaigns will remain accessible until the end of your billing cycle. Following the expiration, your account will be locked, and data may be permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
