1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SendFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SendFlow provides organizations with email marketing tools, WYSIWYG editors, AI generation features, and analytics (the "Service").

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis at the rate of ₹999 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. You must provide a valid payment method, processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SendFlow to send unsolicited spam, malicious software, or prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

SendFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
